This home is located near the historical churches in Summerville. A 100% acrylic paint was used to ensure durability and protection. Semi gloss finish was used on the body and trim with a satin for the brick, ceilings and shutters. Several sets of new shutters were ordered and locally milled to produce a similar look to the original style on the home.
