At Charles Towne Landing’s Founders Hall, our team completed a 5,000sqft interior repaint covering the event space, offices, restrooms, lobby, and kitchen.
The project included sheetrock repairs and touch-ups to both walls and ceilings before finishing. For the kitchen, we applied PPG Pitt-Glaze WB1 Pre-Cat Epoxy, a durable single-component waterborne epoxy designed to withstand frequent cleaning. All other walls were painted with PPG Prominence Zero VOC acrylic for a clean, traditional finish, while ceilings received a standard flat white ceiling paint. The work was completed in just five business days.
